Magazine Spread Reboot

After being given a magazine spread about travel and money, there are many ways you could find images to use in a layout, but being able to illustrate my own gave me more creative freedom that I wanted to take advantage of. Cartoon-style sketches allowed for simple colors and easy-to-understand imagery. The ball and chain representing the money holding back a friend from a vacation others are having as they fly by. Putting the body text in their boxes separates them more, supporting hierarchy, and the blue sky background adds more color to the layout, making it more visually appealing.
